Ltd.), which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of TJ Holdings (III) Pte. Ltd. (“TJIII”), which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Glenville Investments Pte. Ltd. (“Glenville”), which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mawson Peak Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Mawson”), which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bartley Investments Pte. Ltd.
